I help women over 40 come back to themselves after losing the woman they thought they were.
Through storytelling, honest conversations, and The Reinvention Method, I help women rebuild self-trust, reconnect with who they are now, and consciously create a life that feels aligned with their next chapter.
I believe many women don't lose themselves all at once.
It happens slowly.
Through the roles we take on. The expectations we carry. The relationships we pour ourselves into. The careers we build. The version of ourselves we become to be loved, valued, successful, and needed.
Until one day we look around and wonder:
"Who am I now?"
I know this question because I've lived it.
My own journey through change, loss, rebuilding, and reinvention became the catalyst for understanding something I've come to believe deeply:
Reinvention isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about coming back to yourself.
The Reinvention Method was born from that journey.
It's the foundation for my work helping women navigate the questions so many of us quietly ask:
Who am I now?
How do I find myself again?
Is it too late to start over?
What do I actually want for the next chapter of my life?
We explore identity, confidence, relationships, career, purpose, self-trust, and what it really means to reinvent your life after 40.

I don’t have an inside voice (and honestly don’t want one).
I wanted to be a surfer before I’d ever seen the ocean.
I once asked Santa for “a life of leisure.”
My happy place? Somewhere between the jungle, the ocean, and the volcanoes.
I’ll give up coffee when… oh right, never.
Thunderstorms, coyotes, and moonlight make my soul sing.
Music is always playing, and I’ll laugh or sing out loud even if no one else is around.
I’ve reinvented my wardrobe—and my life—more times than I can count.
